DESCRIPTION

Technically any transformer has primary and secondary separated from each other but they are different w.r.t contruction, specification and performance.In Shielded Transformer, for low impedance paths exists for noise to pass to secondary and vice-versa.

Isolation Transformer are specially designed for sensitive equipments such as CNC Machines, Telecom Equipments, computers etc. & helps in Isolating such equipment getting disturbed from noise present on power lines created by other electrical machines connected to the system.

Multiple Shielding Techniques employed increases DC Isolation to over 1000 MOhm and reduces inter-winding capacitance to very low level thus helps in isolating sensitive machines from power line noises.

K-RATED ISOLATION TRANSFORMER

K-Rated Isolation Transformers eliminates all type of electrical noise including common mode noises.These K-Rated Transformers are available in different levels of noise attenuation capabilities.

FEATURES

• Designed with split winding constructions and bifilar connections to reduce overall capacitance of the winding.

• The use of high Insulating material and special shielding techniques results in attenuating common mode and minimizing transverse mode noise.

• The Core and its magnetic Properties are properly selected to exhibit sufficient leakage inductance to provide greatest possible attenuation of normal mode power line noise, consistent with the transfer of fundamental power frequency.But all higher frequencies are blocked.

• The Use of Faraday’s Unique Box shielding and special techniques totally block the transfer of electric noise even by static charge, by way of proximity or R.F. Noise.

• Due to the better regulation, it does not generate common mode impedance coupling effect.
